Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at contact@directly2dentists.com or call 437-783-5723 during normal business hours and we’ll make it right.
If you are in Toronto, we’ll send a courier to pick up the unused, unopened goods. If you are outside of Toronto, we’ll provide instructions for the return if it is necessary.

Defective items

In the event an item is defective, please contact us with the item and lot number so that the severity of the defect can be measured, and the manufacturer can be notified. Please keep the damaged item for our team

Claims

Shortages or damages must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery date.
